I could not have been treated better if I were family. Enough said. I would NEVER get floor covering elsewhere. Anyone contemplating floor covering should definitely shop here. You will not be disappointed.

But demolition and replacement was so expensive and such an arduous process that I just couldn't leap into it. After talking to Nick at the Rocky Point store about Turbo Washing, he came to my home to give me an estimate and he said I'd be amazed at how clean not only the grout would be but the entire tile. Grout always gets noticeable dirty but I never really thought that the tile itself had changed much over time. The price for the job was so well worth a try as opposed to replacement.
I can't say enough about the cleaning job that was done on my tile floors! Albert and Dajohn spent hours Turbo Washing my 20 year old tile. They were professional and a pleasure to have in my home. To say that the floors look good is an understatement! I was blown away by the results of the grout AND the tile! It literally looks like the day it was installed 20 years ago. Anyone who has come into the house has asked me if I got new tile. I highly recommend Turbo Washing and Carpet Express!

Once again we appreciate Nich and his taking the time to come over and check out stains on our floor that we had purchased back in April....he had the perfect solution rubbing Alcohol to remove black stains caused by Hair spray and the soles of our shoes..Thanks again Nick for your knowledge and free service for our floor...Carpet Express is the #1 store of it's kind

I live in an old house and deal with many service / install teams and none can compare to Freddie and Dylan. The father and son team were excellent! Excellent service, quality and installation! Carpet Express not only installed our carpets but they organized the refinishing of our hardwood floors. It wasn't an easy task either as we own a house built in 1915 and it now has a few different types of wood. We are delighted with the way they took the time to make all the wood colors match. All I can say is WOW! ... and whew! We had already purchased flooring from another local company, and after waiting 3 months for the flooring to come in we found out it wasn't going to be available at all and cancelled the job. That was probably the best thing that could've happened because then I discovered Carpet Express - right down the road and I never knew they were there! Wished I'd known years ago!! The expert advice I received led me to pick a different floor product altogether and its gorgeous!! Nicky was there meticulously overseeing every step and the installation was top notch - perfection :-) (and I am a very fussy, detail-oriented person!!)
