Around 3 weeks ago we walk into the store. We met John told him what we were looking for he brought us to show what they have. John was very helpful and professional. We order are area rug for are living room and was told 4-6weeks. We decided we needed one a rug for are front hallway they didn’t have anything there so they told us to visit there Mastic store. Well we walk in and agin the same friendly and helpful way. Are purchase came in early to are surprise so just want to thank the family in both stores for everything you have done for us. I live at Leisure Village, Ridge, NY. We had a water damage in our house need a replacement of padding to the carpet in our house. I shopped around and called Carpet express in Rocky Point to the repair. Nick from carpet express showed up and measured the area and sent me a quote the next day. I am very pleased the way Nick done his job and scheduled the job. Next day the Carpet installer showed up on time and he was very courteous and professional. He finished the job in two hours and we are pleased that the job was done well. I strongly recommend Carpet Express to your Carpet needs and you won't be disappointed.

Carpet Express installed a floor on my porch. I was extremely unhappy with the results. Nick kept in touch with me and promised a replacement floor. I had my doubts, but he followed through. Yesterday the installers arrived as promised. The floor was ripped up and a new perfect floor installed. I had been unsuccessfully trying to decide how and when to replace my tile because it just didn't look good anymore. But demolition and replacement was so expensive and such an arduous process that I just couldn't leap into it. After talking to Nick at the Rocky Point store about Turbo Washing, he came to my home to give me an estimate and he said I'd be amazed at how clean not only the grout would be but the entire tile. Grout always gets noticeable dirty but I never really thought that the tile itself had changed much over time. The price for the job was so well worth a try as opposed to replacement.
I can't say enough about the cleaning job that was done on my tile floors! Albert and Dajohn spent hours Turbo Washing my 20 year old tile. They were professional and a pleasure to have in my home. To say that the floors look good is an understatement! I was blown away by the results of the grout AND the tile! It literally looks like the day it was installed 20 years ago. Anyone who has come into the house has asked me if I got new tile. I highly recommend Turbo Washing and Carpet Express!

Excellent service, quality and installation! Carpet Express not only installed our carpets but they organized the refinishing of our hardwood floors. It wasn't an easy task either as we own a house built in 1915 and it now has a few different types of wood. We are delighted with the way they took the time to make all the wood colors match. Looks great. The carpet was installed to perfection. Tony, thanks for all your suggestions and all the time you took with us.
