We are so pleased with the wood floor sanding and our new carpeting. Carpet Express is great to work with. Nick always returns a call or text and gives you the time needed to ask questions and measure. The sanding team were terrific and very careful when moving furniture in and out of house. Several years ago, I had Carpet Express install a beautiful, thick, almost white carpet throughout my home. The entire process - from measuring, ordering, installation, and annual cleaning was handled professionally and personally by Nick and his team! Over the years, I have recommended this wonderful, family-owned business many times to friends and neighbors. Although my carpet was still in great shape, the addition to my household of a life partner and a small dog made me re-think the whole "white carpet" thing. So when we decided to install hardwood floors on the main level, Carpet Express was our first stop. We met with Jessica and John in the Rocky Point store. They pulled up the original plans from the carpet installation, and Nick came out to make sure the measurements were still accurate (he even suggested keeping some of the pristine carpet from under the beds in case we need to replace the stair carpet if/when we sell the house). The flooring was ordered, and we were off and running! The hardwood floors look AMAZING, and the area rugs are being cleaned (by Carpet Express, of course!) and will be put back down this week. If you are looking for a flooring company that will listen to your wants/needs, and then respond in a prompt, courteous, and professional way - Carpet Express is the right company for you!

I didn't even know this store was here, but had been searching the island for a particular "cream" colored remnant. Frank the sales representative was very cordial and friendly and did his best to help me find what I was searching for. The bolts they had on site did not exactly match my swatch and the one that came very close was priced higher then I expected to pay. Enter one of the Porcelli owners (the good looking one as he described himself :-). Well all I can say is he sharpened his pencil and made it work. I left the store extremely happy that my search had finally ended and I was treated so well by all the sales staff who came thru while I was waitiing.
So....I took another leap of faith and entered their drawing for a $500 store credit, never thinking I'd hear anything else on it. I never win anything. Well, I guess this was my lucky retail encounter. Last week I received a call from Jessie that I had won, followed by the actual credit in my E-mail box. Thank you Nick, Tony, Jimmy Jr., Frank and Jessie. This has been a wonderful experience from the start to finish.

This is third time we have used Carpet Express to help liven our quaint home. Larry helped coordinate the date and time that worked well with our hectic schedules, making it nice and convenient for drop off/set-up times. The two young gentlemen that delivered the gorgeous carpet (sized just perfect), were true professional as in every spect of the word. They assisted us in removing our sons bed set and minimized the chance of any damage by crossing off all T's and dotting off all I's. My wife is stickler for a immaculately clean house and the two reps kept her quiet (which trust me isn't easy) by wiping feet clean on all trips in and out of our house. The carpet design is a beautiful finishing touch to our toddlers new bedroom. We couldn't be happier. Over the years we have decided not to recommend contractors, in fear that our friend or family would be unhappy with that respective individuals work. However, an exception can be made in this case, since we have no doubt at all that Carpet Express will deliver both quality service and a smile leaving the homeowner with the latter.

The first time in a long time we needed carpeting.
We knew of the 2 Carpet Express stores and visited their Rocky Point location where we first met with John. He was very knowledgeable, had all the right answers and we knew that Carpet Express was for us.
Shortly after, Nick (one of the owners), came out to measure and we met with him again in Rocky Point to finalize our carpet choice.
The installation was completed 2 weeks later and it looks beautiful!!
We're sure to recommend Carpet Express to our family and friends.
