Several years ago, I had Carpet Express install a beautiful, thick, almost white carpet throughout my home. The entire process - from measuring, ordering, installation, and annual cleaning was handled professionally and personally by Nick and his team! Over the years, I have recommended this wonderful, family-owned business many times to friends and neighbors. Although my carpet was still in great shape, the addition to my household of a life partner and a small dog made me re-think the whole "white carpet" thing. So when we decided to install hardwood floors on the main level, Carpet Express was our first stop. We met with Jessica and John in the Rocky Point store. They pulled up the original plans from the carpet installation, and Nick came out to make sure the measurements were still accurate (he even suggested keeping some of the pristine carpet from under the beds in case we need to replace the stair carpet if/when we sell the house). The flooring was ordered, and we were off and running! The hardwood floors look AMAZING, and the area rugs are being cleaned (by Carpet Express, of course!) and will be put back down this week. If you are looking for a flooring company that will listen to your wants/needs, and then respond in a prompt, courteous, and professional way - Carpet Express is the right company for you!

I didn't even know this store was here, but had been searching the island for a particular "cream" colored remnant. Frank the sales representative was very cordial and friendly and did his best to help me find what I was searching for. The bolts they had on site did not exactly match my swatch and the one that came very close was priced higher then I expected to pay. Enter one of the Porcelli owners (the good looking one as he described himself :-). Well all I can say is he sharpened his pencil and made it work. I left the store extremely happy that my search had finally ended and I was treated so well by all the sales staff who came thru while I was waitiing.
So....I took another leap of faith and entered their drawing for a $500 store credit, never thinking I'd hear anything else on it. I never win anything. Well, I guess this was my lucky retail encounter. Last week I received a call from Jessie that I had won, followed by the actual credit in my E-mail box. Thank you Nick, Tony, Jimmy Jr., Frank and Jessie. This has been a wonderful experience from the start to finish.

This is third time we have used Carpet Express to help liven our quaint home. Larry helped coordinate the date and time that worked well with our hectic schedules, making it nice and convenient for drop off/set-up times. The two young gentlemen that delivered the gorgeous carpet (sized just perfect), were true professional as in every spect of the word. They assisted us in removing our sons bed set and minimized the chance of any damage by crossing off all T's and dotting off all I's. My wife is stickler for a immaculately clean house and the two reps kept her quiet (which trust me isn't easy) by wiping feet clean on all trips in and out of our house. The carpet design is a beautiful finishing touch to our toddlers new bedroom. We couldn't be happier. Over the years we have decided not to recommend contractors, in fear that our friend or family would be unhappy with that respective individuals work. However, an exception can be made in this case, since we have no doubt at all that Carpet Express will deliver both quality service and a smile leaving the homeowner with the latter.

The first time in a long time we needed carpeting.
We knew of the 2 Carpet Express stores and visited their Rocky Point location where we first met with John. He was very knowledgeable, had all the right answers and we knew that Carpet Express was for us.
Shortly after, Nick (one of the owners), came out to measure and we met with him again in Rocky Point to finalize our carpet choice.
The installation was completed 2 weeks later and it looks beautiful!!
We're sure to recommend Carpet Express to our family and friends.

Around 3 weeks ago we walk into the store. We met John told him what we were looking for he brought us to show what they have. John was very helpful and professional. We order are area rug for are living room and was told 4-6weeks. We decided we needed one a rug for are front hallway they didn’t have anything there so they told us to visit there Mastic store. Well we walk in and agin the same friendly and helpful way. Are purchase came in early to are surprise so just want to thank the family in both stores for everything you have done for us. I live at Leisure Village, Ridge, NY. We had a water damage in our house need a replacement of padding to the carpet in our house. I shopped around and called Carpet express in Rocky Point to the repair. Nick from carpet express showed up and measured the area and sent me a quote the next day. I am very pleased the way Nick done his job and scheduled the job. Next day the Carpet installer showed up on time and he was very courteous and professional. He finished the job in two hours and we are pleased that the job was done well. I strongly recommend Carpet Express to your Carpet needs and you won't be disappointed.

Carpet Express installed a floor on my porch. I was extremely unhappy with the results. Nick kept in touch with me and promised a replacement floor. I had my doubts, but he followed through. Yesterday the installers arrived as promised. The floor was ripped up and a new perfect floor installed. I am very happy with results and I would highly recommend Carpet Express for your next flooring purchase.

It is rare in today's world to not only find craftsman in their trade but to also find a company with old fashioned integrity, morals and values. Being a business owner myself, and doing each job as I would for my own home, I can really appreciate the rarity of Carpet Express.

I could not have been treated better if I were family. Enough said. I would NEVER get floor covering elsewhere. Anyone contemplating floor covering should definitely shop here. You will not be disappointed.

I had been unsuccessfully trying to decide how and when to replace my tile because it just didn't look good anymore. But demolition and replacement was so expensive and such an arduous process that I just couldn't leap into it. After talking to Nick at the Rocky Point store about Turbo Washing, he came to my home to give me an estimate and he said I'd be amazed at how clean not only the grout would be but the entire tile. Grout always gets noticeable dirty but I never really thought that the tile itself had changed much over time. The price for the job was so well worth a try as opposed to replacement.
I can't say enough about the cleaning job that was done on my tile floors! Albert and Dajohn spent hours Turbo Washing my 20 year old tile. They were professional and a pleasure to have in my home. To say that the floors look good is an understatement! I was blown away by the results of the grout AND the tile! It literally looks like the day it was installed 20 years ago. Anyone who has come into the house has asked me if I got new tile. I highly recommend Turbo Washing and Carpet Express!

I couldn't be more pleased with my total experience at Carpet Express. The Salesmen were helpful & professional, the estimator even showed up on time (very rare!) I live in an old house and deal with many service / install teams and none can compare to Freddie and Dylan. The father and son team were excellent!
